The staff were really helpful when we ran into a few problems during our visit and seemed to genuinely consider our feedback afterwards, which is nice to see.

One suggestion I have is to give customers their payment details earlier than 8 weeks before their trip, so folks can start paying down the balance if they want to.

I've made a second booking, would definitely recommend it to others, and if our next visit goes smoothly, I’ll be coming back for sure.

I just got the most incredible customer service I've experienced in ages! Sadly, the two caravan trips I had planned had to be scrapped because of some unexpected issues. But from that point on, Alex really stepped up to help me rebook my vacations. She found me two fantastic caravans and even matched the prices I had originally paid, covering the difference herself AND giving me early check-in and check-out for both trips! I had a conversation with Chris and Alex today, but sadly, because of unexpected issues, the caravan I had reserved was no longer an option. They called me and then sent an email offering two alternative caravans, but I ended up finding another one myself. They were super helpful throughout the whole process.

For several years now, we've been enjoying 2cHolidays because we really dig 'caravaning' in Norfolk. The service is always top-notch, and the staff are incredibly friendly and ready to help.
